The families of missing couple Sibusiso Aserie Ndlovu and Zodwa Mdhluli have offered a R50,000 reward for information about their disappearance.

Despite extensive searches and investigations, no significant leads have emerged. They have been missing since Sunday, 18 February 2025. Mdhluli was last seen at their home in KwaMhlanga, and Ndlovu leaving Capital FM Live studios at Denlyn Mall, Mamelodi. He is the founder of the radio station and an executive committee member of the National Press Club. Their home had reportedly been burgled.

"With each passing day, the families grow even more anxious and all of us become worried about their well-being. It is troubling that for almost a month there isn’t a shred of evidence or lead as to where there might be or what has happened to them. It is for that reason that the African Media and Communicators Forum together with the National Press Club have joined forces to support the families," the organisations said in a statement.

Since their last known sighting nearly a month ago, extensive efforts have been initiated to locate the missing pair. Families have enlisted the professional assistance of Private Investigator Calvin Rafadi, who has been tirelessly searching hospitals, mortuaries, hotels, and various locations of interest. However, disappointingly, these endeavours have yielded little more than frustration. "Up to now there are no leads," the statement further read.

Anybody who has information is requested to contact Brigadier Mxolisi Edwin Nama at 082 778 9035 of the Provincial Head of the Serious and Violent Crime Investigations.
