Dear Conviction Expert,
I have a Pretoria High Court divorce order that my ex-husband has defrauded. I have not signed any agreement with him, and he refuses to comply.

Dennys Ngoveni of Ngoveni Attorneys has provided the following advice:

Any agreement or order obtained through fraudulent means can either be reviewed, appealed, and set aside. If he has not complied, he may be in contempt, and an application can be made against him in this regard.

Ngoveni Attorneys Inc. is a dynamic law firm based in Pretoria. Established in 2019, it has been servicing both corporate and individual clients. Contact details: 012 304-0957 or info@ngoveniattorneys.co.za
