Having faced bullying for "being dark like a shoe polish" and having "unusual" hair during her formative years, Zulu's story is one of resilience, empowerment, and unwavering faith. This past year, and now all grown up, Zulu wrote her matric at Soshanguve Secondary School and is awaiting final results. "I feel so blessed that God carried me through, and I was able to reach my destination," she stated. "When I was going through the phase of bullying, I thought my life would end just there, but with God on my side, I was able to succeed and overcome it all."
As she prepares to transition into the next exciting chapter of her life, Zulu plans to focus on serving God and expanding her literary ventures. She plans to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Language Practice at the University of Free State. Zulu managed to publish a book titled Ignite Your Purpose during her matric year.

Recognised as a role model among her peers, Zulu reflects on the impact her journey has had on the youth in her community. "Some of my peers treat me differently; they are inspired by my work, and I give them hope that they too can achieve their goals," she explained.
