On 2 April 2025, Conviction published an article entitled ‘Exposed: Inside Clothing Junction branch’s alleged toxic work culture, unfair dismissals”.

It has since emerged that the allegations made by the former staff members which were contained in the article are the subject of pending CCMA proceedings.

Conviction unconditionally retracts the article, particularly the allegations against Clothing Junction, and apologises to Clothing Junction and all affected parties for any harm caused. The article has since been removed from all our platforms.
