The ownership rights to the troubled Tammy Taylor Parkview franchise have been handed to California Nails Pretoria East (Pty) Ltd amid a heated dispute with former owner Samson Adeyemi. The Gauteng High Court, Pretoria presided over by Acting Judge SM Wentzell, granted the applicant’s urgent interdict to prevent Adeyemi from further interfering with the business operations at the Parkview Shopping Centre in Pretoria.
